Late spring is a time when the sun shines stronger and the weather becomes more predictable. Meadows and groves turn lush green, flowers bloom, and the green grain heads gradually take on a golden hue. This special moment is traditionally known as Zielone Świątki (Green Holidays) in folk culture. It is also the time when the Święto Stado festival is held, gathering Slavic Rodnovery believers from all over Poland. Together, they perform rituals, make offerings to the Gods, rusalki (Slavic water nymphs), and Ancestors, raise the maypole, dance in circles, and feast together.
