If you want to exchange or return any purchased product, visit szybkiezwroty.pl, choose Nihil Novi Censored from the list, and fill in the required fields.
You will receive a code for free drop-off at any InPost parcel locker.

The szybkiezwroty.pl service is available only within Poland.
Customers outside Poland must send returns or exchanges at their own cost to the following address:

How do I exchange for a different size or product?
Include a note in the parcel stating which model and size you would like to exchange for, then send it back using the nearest parcel locker.

I want to exchange for a more expensive product. How do I do that?
Transfer the price difference to the following account:
IBAN: 20 1050 1285 1000 0002 0216 1097
Title: dopłata do [your order number]
Recipient: Loping (owner of the brand Nihil Novi Censored)
Amount: [price difference]
Also return the parcel to our address and include a note specifying what we are exchanging it for.

I am exchanging for a cheaper product. How do I do that?
Proceed as with a standard exchange. The only extra thing you need to include is your bank account number for the refund of the difference.

How do I make a return?
You can use the withdrawal form template at the bottom of this page or write your own statement on a separate sheet.
Please include: your full name (as used in the order), purchase date, list of products being returned, and your bank account number for the refund.
Don’t forget to include the receipt.
We would also appreciate a short note explaining the reason for your return.

Do I need to pay anything extra for shipping?
No, domestic returns via szybkiezwroty.pl are free of charge.
International customers cover the return shipping costs themselves.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which you acquired possession of the goods, or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquired possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Loping s.c. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and, in any event, not later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are responsible only for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling them in a way other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
